Because every piece is personalized and made to order, we can't accept returns on engraved items. If something isn't right when your order arrives, please reach out within 14 days and Cassie will make it right.
Damaged or defective
We'll replace or repair any piece that arrives damaged or with a defect in workmanship — just email a photo to hello@remembermejewelry.com.
Non-personalized items
Unworn, non-personalized pieces can be returned within 30 days for a refund of the item price.
