Every piece is made to order by Cassie. Please allow 3–5 business days for engraving and assembly before your order ships.

How many names and birth months can I add?

You can add 1 to 6 people to the Personalized Birthstone Name Necklace. For each person you provide a name and a birth month, and the matching birthstone is selected automatically.

What materials do you use?

The pendant is laser engraved metal. Chains are available in stainless steel and sterling silver — the exact chain options are listed on the product page.

Does the necklace come ready to gift?

You can add gift wrapping and a personal message on the product page. Cassie will include your message with the order.

Can I change the names or birth months after I order?

Accepted Answer

Because production begins soon after your order is placed, personalization changes cannot be guaranteed. If you need to make a change, email Cassie as soon as possible and she'll do her best to catch the order before engraving begins.

Because each piece is personalized, we cannot accept returns on custom items unless there is a defect or an error on our part. Please double-check spelling, birth months, and selections before checkout. If anything arrives incorrect, contact Cassie and we'll make it right.

We currently ship within the United States. Orders ship from San Diego once production is complete.
